All fees paid for initial consultations, onboarding calls, or business strategy sessions are non-refundable. These services involve time and expertise from our team, even if a full project is not pursued afterward.
Due to the personalized and technical nature of our work, we do not offer refunds on completed or in-progress AI builds, chatbot development, voice agent integrations, or automation workflows once the development phase has started.
However, we stand behind the quality of our work. If there are technical issues or performance problems, we will work with you to resolve them within the scope of the original agreement.
If you choose to cancel your project before development has started, and you notify us in writing within 48 hours of payment, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any consultation or planning fees already incurred.
Refunds are not available for completed months of service. If you are on a monthly support or optimization plan, you may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
